ADA4351-2ACPZ-R7 is a compact, monolithic, dual-channel, precision, programmable gain transimpedance amplifier (PGTIA). It is a breakthrough solution for precisely measuring small currents over a wide dynamic range. It enables users to perform one calibration of the end equipment at room temperature, thereby saving test time and cost. This device integrates two low-off leakage current switches per channel, and the gain is programmable using two user-selectable external resistors to provide a flexible, fully functional compact PGTIA solution. It is used in applications such as precision current to voltage (I to V) conversion, programmable gain TIAs, photodetector interface and amplification, optical networking equipment, optical power measurement, instrumentation spectroscopy and chromatography, precision data acquisition systems (DAQ).

- Offset voltage is ±20µV typical at (TA = 25°C, AVDD = 5V, AVSS = 0V, DVDD = 3V, DVSS = 0V)
- Offset voltage drift is ±0.15µV/°C typ at (TA = 25°C, AVDD = 5V, AVSS = 0V, DVDD = 3V, DVSS = 0V)
- Input bias current at -IN is ±2pA typical at (TA = 25°C, AVDD = 5V, AVSS = 0V, DVDD = 3V, DVSS = 0V)
- New integrated architecture eliminates gain error due to switch resistance
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 87dB typical at (VCM = 0.1V to 1.9V, TA = 25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 8.5MHz typical at (TA = 25°C, AVDD = 5V, AVSS = 0V, DVDD = 3V, DVSS = 0V)
- Slew rate is 8V/μs typical at (TA = 25°C, AVDD = 5V, AVSS = 0V, DVDD = 3V, DVSS = 0V)
- Total harmonic distortion is -126dBc typical at (TA = 25°C, AVDD = 5V, AVSS = 0V, DVDD = 3V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 16-lead LFCSP package
