ADA4638-1 is a high voltage, high precision, zero-drift amplifier featuring rail-to-rail output swing. Typical application includes electronic weigh scale, pressure and position sensors, strain gauge amplifiers medical instrumentation and thermocouple amplifiers.

• Dual supply operation range from ±2.25V to ±15V
• Low offset voltage of 4μV maximum
• Input offset voltage drift of 0.05μV/°C maximum
• High gain of130dB min and high PSRR of 120dB min
• High CMRR of 130dB min and rail-to-rail output
• Input common-mode range includes lower supply rail
