ADM6710 is a low voltage, high accuracy supervisory circuit. The device monitors upto four system supply voltages. This device output remains valid as long as IN1 or IN2 exceeds 1V. Unused monitored inputs must not be allowed to float or to be grounded, instead they must be connected to a supply voltage greater than their specified threshold voltages. It is widely used in application such as telecommunications, microprocessor systems, desktop and notebook computers, data storage equipment, servers/workstations etc.
- Accurate monitoring of up to four power supply voltages
- Reset timeout period is 200ms typical at (VIN2 = 1V to 5.5V)
- Open-drain RESET output (10μA internal pull-up)
- Power supply glitch immunity
- Low power consumption is 35μA typical
- Nominal input voltage (IN1) is adjustable, nominal input voltage (IN2) is 3.3V
- Nominal input voltage (IN3) is 1.8V, nominal input voltage (IN4) is adjustable
- Supply tolerance is 10%
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C
- Package style is 6-lead SOT-23
