제품 개요
ADR1399 is an oven-compensated, buried zener, voltage reference. This precision shunt reference features excellent temperature stability over a wide range of voltage, temperature, and quiescent current conditions. A temperature stabilizing loop is incorporated with the active zener on a monolithic substrate, which nearly eliminates changes in voltage with temperature. The subsurface zener circuit is fully specified at a quiescent current IREF of 3mA and offers minimal noise and excellent long-term stability. This offers a lower output dynamic impedance than the LM399, reducing the effects of the shunt resistor (RSHUNT) and the supply voltage variation on the reference output. Application includes multimeters, calibration equipment voltage standards, laboratory measurement equipment, industrial monitor and control instrumentation, ultrastable data convertors.

- Temperature coefficient is 0.2ppm/°C (REF=3mA, heater voltage (VH)=30 V, TA=0 to70°C)
- Typical reference noise is 0.2ppm p-p (IREF=3mA, 0.1 Hz <lt/> f <lt/> 10Hz, TA=25°C)
- Initial accuracy range from -300mV to +250mV
- Low dynamic impedance is 0.04ohm in TO-46
- External thermal insulator provided for TO-46
- Temperature rating range from 0°C to +70°C
- 4-lead TO-46 package
