ADR441 is an ultralow noise, LDO XFET voltage reference with current sink and source. Using Analog Devices, Inc., temperature drift curvature correction and extra implanted junction FET (XFET) technology, voltage change vs. temperature nonlinearity in the device is greatly minimized. The XFET references offer better noise performance than buried zener references, and XFET references operate off low supply voltage headroom (500mV). This combination of features makes the device ideally suited for precision signal conversion applications in high end data acquisition systems, optical networks, and medical applications. It is widely used in application such as precision data acquisition systems, high resolution data converters, battery-powered instrumentation, portable medical instruments, industrial process control systems, precision instruments, optical control circuits etc.

- Superb temperature coefficient is 10ppm/°C
- Input range is (VOUT + 500mV) to 18V
- High output source and sink current +10mA and −5mA, respectively
- Output voltage is 2.500V
- Initial accuracy is ±3mV at 0.12%
- Temperature drift is 10ppm/°C
- Supply operating voltage range is 3V to 18V
- Quiescent current is 3mA at (no load, −40°C <lt/> TA <lt/> +125°C)
- Operating temperature is –40°C to +125°C, packaging style is 8-lead MSOP
