ADUM3195BRQZ

ADUM3195BRQZ is an isolated amplifier with adjustable gain and single-ended output. It has very low offset and gain error, making it ideal for many isolated voltage sensing applications. Unlike optocoupler-based solutions, which have an uncertain current transfer ratio over a lifetime and at high temperatures, the ADuM3195 transfer functions do not change over a lifetime and are stable over a wide temperature. Included in the wideband operational amplifiers are useful for a variety of commonly used applications. Included in the are two high-accuracy 2.5V reference outputs. Application includes inverters, DC to DC converters, and on-board chargers.

• Input-bias current drift range from -25 to +75 pA/°C (TA = 25°C)
• Output offset drift is -22µV/°C typical (VIN+ = 2.5V, TA = -40 to 125°C)
• 69dB SNR typical (fIN = 1KHz, bandwidth = 100KHz)
• 16 lead QSOP package
• Temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
