DS4432U+T&R

DS4432U+T&R contains two I2C programmable current DACs that are each capable of sinking and sourcing current up to 200µA. Each DAC output has 127 sink and 127 source settings that are programmed using the I2C interface. The current DAC outputs power up in a high-impedance state. Applications include power-supply adjustment, power-supply margining, adjustable current sink or source.

• Full-scale resistor value is 160Kohm
• Supply current is 150μA max at VCC=5.5V, TA=-40°C to +85°C
• Output voltage for sinking current is 3.5V max at VCC=+2.7V to +5.5V, TA=-40°C to +85°C
• O/P current full-scale accuracy is ±5% at +25°C, VCC=3.3V; using 0.1% RFS resistor, VOUT0=VOUT1=1.2V
• Output current temperature coefficient is ±130ppm/°C typ at VCC=+2.7V to +5.5V, TA=-40°C to +85°C
• 8 μSOP package
• Temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
