HMC547ALC3TR

HMC547ALC3TR is a is a general purpose broadband high isolation non-reflective GaAs MMIC pHEMT SPDT switch in a ceramic 3x3mm leadless surface mount package. The wide bandwidth, fast switching, and compact size make this absorptive SPDT ideal for military EW/ECM and test equipment applications. The switch operates using complementary negative control voltage logic lines of -5/0V and requires no bias supply. It is ideal for fibre optics and broadband telecom, microwave radio and VSAT, military radios, radar, and ECM, test instrumentation.

• Non-reflective design, 6ns fast switching
• Insertion loss is 1.9dB typ (DC - 10.0GHz, TA=+25° C, with 0/-5V control, 50 ohm system)
• Isolation is 45dB typ (DC - 10.0GHz, TA=+25° C, with 0/-5V control, 50 ohm system)
• Input power for 1dB compression is 26dBm typ (0.5 - 28.0GHz,TA=25°C, 0/-5V control, 50 ohm system)
• Operating temperature rating range from -40 to +85°C
• Thermal resistance is 200°C/W (terminated path)
• Control voltage range from +0.5V to -7.5V
