HMC565LC5 is a high dynamic range GaAs pHEMT MMIC low noise amplifier housed in a leadless SMT package. This self-biased LNA is ideal for microwave radios due to its single +3V supply operation, and DC blocked RF I/O’s. Operating from 6 to 20GHz, this features 21dB of small signal gain, 2.5dB noise figure and IP3 of +20dBm across the operating band. It is ideal for use as a LNA or driver amplifier for: point-to-point radios, point-to-multi-point radios and VSAT, test equipment and sensors, military and space.
- 50 ohm matched input/output
- Gain variation over temperature is 0.025dB/°C typ (TA=+25°C, Vdd 1, 2, 3=+3V, 6 - 12GHz frequency)
- Input return loss is 15dB typ (TA=+25°C, Vdd 1, 2, 3=+3V, 6 - 12GHz frequency range)
- Output return loss is 13dB typ (TA=+25°C, Vdd 1, 2, 3=+3V, 6 - 12GHz frequency range)
- Saturated output power (Psat) is 11dBm typ (TA=+25°C, Vdd 1, 2, 3=+3V, 6 - 12GHz frequency range)
