MAX4038ETA+T

MAX4038ETA+T is a dual rail-to-rail op-amp with +1.2V buffered reference. Typical applications include battery-powered/solar-powered systems, portable medical instrumentation, pagers and cell phones, micropower thermostats and potentiostats, electrometer amplifiers, remote sensor amplifiers, active badges and pH meters.

• Ultra-low 1.4V supply voltage operation and 2.3µA max supply current at VDD = 1.4V
• 4V/ms slew rate, 500nV/√Hz input noise-voltage density at f =1KHz
• 4KHz gain-bandwidth product, 90° phase margin and 0.25ms power-on time
• Rail-to-rail outputs drive 5Kohm and 5000pF load
• No phase reversal for overdriven inputs and no external reference bypass capacitor required
• Low 1.0pA (typ) input bias current and low 200μV input offset voltage
• Unity-gain stable
• 76dB typ CMRR at VDD = 3.3V and 84dB typ PSRR at 1.8V ≤ VDD ≤ 3.6V
• 8 lead TDFN-EP package
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
