MAX4063ETE+

The MAX4063ETE+ is a differential microphone preamplifier with internal bias and complete shutdown function in 16 pin TQFN package. The device has two selectable inputs, differential outputs, adjustable gain, integrated low noise bias source and low power shutdown mode. Two input paths provide both differential and single ended microphone sensing. The high noise rejection of differential input is ideally suited to an internal microphone where system noise and long run PC board traces can degrade low level signals. The single ended input provides simple connection to an external microphone. The differential and single ended inputs have independent, adjustable gains that are set with a single external resistor. Differential outputs provide a full scale signal of up to 6VP-P from single 3V supply by optimizing dynamic range of amplified signal. A complete shutdown mode reduces supply current to only 0.3μA and disables microphone bias for ultimate in power savings.

• Small signal bandwidth of 230KHz (AUX_IN) and slew rate of ±1V/μs (AV = 20V/V)
• THD+N of 0.05% at 1KHz and ±4KV ESD protection (AUX_IN)
• Input offset voltage of ±1mV and small signal bandwidth of 600KHz (differential input)
• Differential gain of 200V/V (RG = 1.01Kohm)
