MAX6071AAUT41+T

The MAX6071AAUT41+T is a low noise, high precision series voltage reference with 4.096V output voltage in 6 pin SOT-23 package. This device consumes 150μA (TA = 25°C) of supply current and can sink and source up to 10mA of load current. The low drift, low noise and stable performance over temperature and time improve system accuracy. This device is used in precision instrumentation, precision current sources, high resolution ADCs and DACs.

• Supply voltage range from 4.3V to 5.5V

• Low dropout voltage of 75mV at IOUT = 10mA
