The MAX6193BESA+ is a precision, micropower, low dropout voltage reference in 8 pin NSOIC package. It offers high initial accuracy of ±5mV and very low temperature coefficient of 10ppm/°C through a curvature correction circuit and laser trimmed precision thin-film resistors. This series mode bandgap references draw a maximum of only 35µA quiescent supply current, making them ideal for battery powered instruments. It offers a supply current that is virtually immune to input voltage variations. This internal compensated device is ideal for applications that require fast settling and are stable with capacitive loads up to 2.2nF. It is used in hand-held instruments, analogue to digital and digital to analogue converters, industrial process control, precision 3V/5V systems and hard-disk drives.

- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
- Load regulation is 0.14mV/mA at 500μA source current and 0.18mV/mA at 500μA sink current
- Line regulation is 20μV/V
- Dropout voltage is 100mV at 500μA load current
- Noise voltage is 75μVP-P at 0.1Hz to 10Hz
- Ripple rejection of 80dB at VIN = 5V ±100mV, f = 120Hz
- 0.8μA/V change in supply current
