MAX9601EUP+

MAX9601EUP+ is a ultra-high-speed comparator. It features extremely low propagation delay (500ps). This dual comparator minimizes propagation delay skew (10ps) and are designed for low propagation delay dispersion (30ps). It features make them ideal for applications where high-fidelity tracking of narrow pulses and low timing dispersion is critical. The differential input stage accepts a wide range of signals in the common-mode range from (VEE + 3V) to (VCC - 2V). The outputs are complementary digital signals, compatible with ECL and PECL systems, and provide sufficient current to directly drive transmission lines terminated in 50 ohm. It is used in applications such as VLSI and high-speed memory ATE, high-speed instrumentation, scope/logic analyser front ends, high-speed triggering, threshold and peak detection, line receiving/signal restoration.

• Adjustable hysteresis, differential PECL outputs
• Input offset voltage is ±1mV typical at (TA = +25°C)
• Input offset-voltage tempco is 8µV/°C typ at (TA = +25°C)
• Positive supply voltage range from 4.3V to 6.3V
• Rise time and fall time is 200ps typ at (20% to 80%, TA = +25°C)
• Power-supply rejection ratio is 65dB typical at (TA = +25°C)
• Input bias current is 6µA typ at (VID=±5.2V)
• Input resistance is 100Mohm typ at (TA = +25°C)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 20-lead TSSOP package
