MAX9615AXA+T

The MAX9615AXA+T is a high efficiency, dual, rail to rail I/O op-amp in 8 pin SC-70 package. This low-power precision op-amp features precision MOS inputs powered from an internal charge pump to eliminate crossover distortion that is common to complementary input-pair type amplifier architectures. It is ideal for a large number of signal processing applications such as photodiode transimpedance amplifier and filtering/amplification of a wide variety of signals in industrial equipment. It features a self-calibration system (on power-up), eliminating the effects of temperature and power-supply variations. The device also features excellent RF immunity making it ideal for portable applications.

• Supply voltage range is 1.8V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
• Maximum input offset voltage is 100µV at TA = +25°C
• Low 220µA supply current, 1µA in shutdown
• Autotrim offset calibration
• Bandwidth of 2.8MHz
