MAX9646EUK+T

The MAX9646EUK+T is a low power comparator with precision reference in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This extremely small comparator ideal for compact, low current and low voltage applications. It features an input voltage range of -0.3V to +5.5V, independent of supply voltage and maintains high impedance at the inputs even when powered down (VCC or VREF = 0V). It also features internal filtering to provide high RF immunity. The device has a push-pull output stage that can both sink and source current and eliminates the need for an external pull-up resistor. It features 700nA (max) supply current and operates down to VCC = 1V.
