VE201-G1A is a self-contained smart camera designed for industrial machine vision applications, featuring Banner's free and intuitive Vision Manager Software for easy setup and deployment. The software supports a wide range of inspection tasks, including item detection, part positioning, feature measurement, flaw analysis, and barcode reading. Runtime editing minimizes downtime by allowing application changes without interrupting production, while the software emulator enables offline development and troubleshooting. The camera supports Ethernet/IP™, Modbus/TCP, PROFINET®, FTP, and Serial RS-232 for seamless integration with factory automation systems. It also features six optically isolated I/O, an external light connector, a two-line onboard display for quick configuration, bright LED status indicators, and a rugged metal housing with optional IP67-rated sealed lens covers for reliable operation in harsh industrial environments.
