CD0603-B0340R

The CD0603-B0340R is a Schottky Barrier Chip Diode in a compact 0603 (1608 metric) leadless package. It is designed for high-frequency rectification and low-voltage applications, offering low forward voltage drop and high current capability. This diode is ideal for space-constrained designs such as portable electronics, DC/DC converters, and telecommunications equipment.
