제품 개요
ASMB-MTB0-0B3A2 is a PLCC4 tricolour black surface LED. A wide viewing angle of 115º together with built in reflector drives up the intensity of light output making this LED suitable for use in interior electronics signs. The black top surface of the LED provides better contrast enhancement, especially in the full colour display. This LED is compatible with reflow soldering process. It is ideal for indoor full-colour displays.

- High brightness using AllnGaP and InGaN dice technologies
- Dimension is 3.2 x 2.8 x 1.9mm (Lxwxh)
- Typical dominant wavelengths are 625/530/470nm (red/green/blue) at 20mA
- Typical luminous intensities are 550/2300/450mcd (red/green/blue)
- Operating temperature range from -40 to +100°C
