The Fischer Elektronik WLFT 404 37 x 37 is a thermally conductive, electrically insulating adhesive foil designed to securely bond electronic components to heatsinks while promoting efficient heat transfer. Constructed from a polyimide (Kapton® MT) carrier with double-sided pressure-sensitive acrylate adhesive, it provides a reliable alternative to mechanical fasteners in thermal management applications. The pre-cut 37mm x 37mm format simplifies installation and is suitable for power semiconductors, LED modules, power supplies, and industrial electronic equipment. Featuring a thermal conductivity of 0.4W/mK, dielectric strength of 5kV AC, and an operating temperature range of-30°C to +125°C, the WLFT 404 offers dependable performance in demanding environments.
