CT4197

CT4197 is a 50MHz differential probe allows for safe, accurate measurements between two voltage points where neither point is referenced to ground. Model CT4197 features 10x/100x/1000x attenuation settings, 50MHz bandwidth and ±4kV maximum differential - all in a compact and rugged housing. Compatible with oscilloscopes from all major manufacturers, the probe is ideal where high sensitivity and dynamic range is needed. The probe is exclusively powered by the included 9 V power adapter (CT3957-NA).
