The AEPX65 is a Silicon Photodiode features a small active area, suitable for high frequency fibre optic applications. This photodetector takes advantage of an epitaxial structure to achieve good high frequency response at operating voltages as low as 5V. The detector may also be operated at higher bias levels up to 20V to achieve extremely fast pulsed response.
