The DMP1045U from Diode Inc is a surface mount, P channel enhancement mode MOSFET in SOT-23 package. This device features low on resistance, low input capacitance, fast switching speed and low input/output leakage thus it is ideal for high efficiency power management applications.

- Gate to source voltage (Vgs) of ±8V
- Continuous drain current (Id) of 4.3A at Vgs -2.5V
