MB10F-13 is a surface mount glass passivated bridge rectifier. Suitable for AC to DC bridge full wave rectification for SMPS, LED lighting, adapter, battery charger, home appliances, office equipment, and telecommunication applications.

• Total capacitance (per element) is 8pF typ (VR = 4V, f = 1.0MHz, TA = +25°C)
• I²t rating for fusing (1ms greater than t greater than 8.3ms) is 3.74 A²S (TA = +25°C)
• MBF case, operating temperature range from -55 to +150°C
