The ZTX651 from Diode Inc is a through hole, 60V NPN medium power transistor in E-Line (TO-92 Compatible) package. This device is based on moulded plastic and “Green” moulding compound and terminals are matte tin finish.
- Automotive grade AEC-Q101 qualified
- UL recognized
- Collector to emitter Voltage (Vce) of 60V
- Collector to base voltage of 80V
- Power dissipation (pd) of 1.5W
- Continuous collector current of 2A
- Collector to emitter breakdown voltage of 60V at 100mA collector current
- Collector emitter saturation voltage Vce(sat) of 500mV at 2A collector current
- Operating temperature range -55°C to 200°C
