제품 개요
ZXCT1082QE5TA is a high-side unipolar current sense monitor. This device eliminates the need to disrupt the ground plane when sensing a load current. The device uses three external transconductance/gain setting resistors, which increase versatility by permitting wide gain ranges and optimization of bandwidths. Applications include automotive current measurement, automotive battery management, automotive over current monitor.
- AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified, PPAP capable
- Independent supply and input common-mode voltage
- Common-mode input range from 2.7 to 60V
- Supply voltage range from 2.7 to 60V
- Differential sense input voltage range from 0 to 0.5V
- Small signal bandwidth (-3dB) is 500kHz typ at G=25, VSENSE (AC)=10mVPP
- VCC supply current is 0.6µA typ at VSENSE=0V
- Common-mode sense rejection ratio is 80dB typ at VSENSE=60mV; VS+=2.7V to 60V
- SOT25 package
- Ambient temperature range from -40 to +125°C
