ZXMS6004FFTA is an INTELLIFET™ N-channel self protected enhancement mode MOSFET with logic level input. It integrates over-temperature, over-current, overvoltage (active clamp) and ESD protected logic level functionality. The ZXMS6004FF is ideal as a general purpose switch driven from 3.3V or 5V microcontrollers in harsh environments where standard MOSFETs are not rugged enough. Suited for loads with a high in-rush current such as lamps and motors.
- Low input current, compact high power dissipation
- Logic-level input, short-circuit protection with auto start
- Overvoltage protection, over-current protection
- Thermal shutdown with auto start
- Continuous drain source voltage of 60V
- On-state resistance of 500mohm
- Nominal load current (VIN = 5V) of 1.3A
- Clamping energy of 90mJ
- High continuous current rating
- 3 pin SOT23F package, operating temperature range from -40 to +150°C
