제품 개요
CP series current probes series extends the functionality of general purpose oscilloscopes: you can measure hi slew rate signals, with current up to 100A and 1.5MHz bandwidth. All models can be battery powered, and are supplied with a main adaptor to extend the autonomy.
- Current rating of 5A/50A
- Bandwidth is DC to 500KHz
- Output level of 200mV/A and 20mV/A
- Rise time is 0.7µs
- Safety approvals are 600V CAT II/300V CAT III
