1598RDBK

The 1598RDBK is a shielded electronic instrument Enclosure made of flame retardant ABS plastic ideally suited for mounting printed circuit boards. Interior of each enclosure half is specially masked and sprayed with an RFI/EMI copper conductive coating. The cases halves are secured with M3 x 0.5-inch x 10mm Philips machine screws threaded into tapped integral brass bushings. It is perfectly suited for applications with repetitive assembly and disassembly are required.

• UL94V-0 Flammability rating
• Coating manufacturer specifies an attenuation of more than 75db from 1MHz to 1GHz
• Two sets of vertical 1.5mm PC board guides are moulded into case halves front and rear
• Front and rear panels are 1.6mm brushed aluminium with protective paper on one side
• Integral horizontal PC card mounts on Eurocard centres
• PC card standoffs moulded into top and bottom half of enclosure - require #6 x 1/4" screws
