The BTS4300SGA is a single channel smart high-side Power Switch providing protective functions and diagnostics. The power transistor is built by an N-channel power MOSFET with charge pump. The device is monolithically integrated in smart technology. It is specially designed to drive relay or LED in the harsh automotive environment.
