EVALBGA123L4TOBO1 is an ultra-low power GNSS LNA evaluation board for wearables and mobile cellular IoT applications. The BGA123L4 is designed to enhance GNSS signal sensitivity for band L2/L5 especially in wearables and mobile cellular IoT applications. With the very good performance it ensures high system sensitivity. The ultra low power consumption of 1.5mW preserves valuable battery power, ideal for small battery powered GNSS devices.
- Operating frequencies range from 1550 to 1615MHz
- Ultra-low current consumption of1.1mA
- Wide supply voltage range from 1.1V to 3.6V
- High insertion power gain of 18.2dB
- Low noise figure of 0.75dB
- 2KV HBM ESD protection (including AI pin)
- Ultra small TSLP-4-11 leadless package (footprint: 0.7 x 0.7 x 0.31mm³)
- RF output internally matched to 50 ohm
- Only one external SMD component necessary
- Suitable for wearables applications
