The IRF3708PBF from International Rectifier is 30V single N channel HEXFET power MOSFET in TO-220AB package. This MOSFET features fast switching and fully avalanche rated. IRF3708PBF is applicable at high frequency DC to DC Isolated converters with synchronous rectification and high frequency buck converters for computer processor power.

- Gate to source voltage is ±12V
- Very low RDS(on) at 4.5V Vgs
- On resistance Rds(on) of 8mohm at Vgs of 10V
