IRS4427STRPBF

IRS4427STRPBF is a low voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT dual low-side driver. Proprietary latch-immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. The logic input is compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output. The output driver features a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimum driver cross-conduction. Propagation delays between two channels are matched. Typical application includes general purpose dual low side driver, and DC-DC converters.

• Fixed supply voltage range from 6 to 20V (VCC=15V)
• Quiescent VCC supply current is 100µA typ (VIN=0V or 5V, VCC=15V, TA=25°C)
