TLE9140EQWEVALTOBO1 is an evaluation board intended to provide a flexible, easy-to-use prototyping and developing tool for evaluating and testing Infineon’s TLE9140EQW 3-phase BLDC gate driver, which companions the TLE987x MOTIX™ MCU device family.
- Automotive 24/48V 3-phase BLDC motor drive – easy evaluation and fast prototyping
- Main board with the 3-phase gate driver IC TLE9140EQW
- 32bit embedded power IC TLE9879 based on Arm® Cortex® M
- B6 bridge with 100V OptiMOS 5, IAUT300N10S5N015 with ultra-low Rds(on)
- Supports 48V applications up to 1.5KW
- Board enables 2 alternative supply concepts
- Jumpers are available to connect 48V embedded power companion general MCU
- Onboard debug interface for faster prototyping
- Software support with demo code for FOC via Infineon Developer Centre
- Graphical user interface for register easy access to the driver IC (available for MS Windows only)
