The TIL198 is a 2-channel 8-pin high density mounting photodarlington optically Coupled Isolator consists of infrared light emitting diodes and NPN silicon photodarlington. The standard parts are tested for a CTR of 500% minimum. It is suitable for signal transmission between systems of different potentials and impedances.
