제품 개요
The S6010L is a Thyristor SCR has glass-passivated junctions to ensure long-term reliability and parameter stability. The Teccor's glass offers a rugged, reliable barrier against junction contamination. The Teccor line of thyristor SCR semi-conductor is half-wave unidirectional gate-controlled rectifier which complements Teccor's line of sensitive SCRs. The package offers electrically isolated construction where the case or tab is internally isolated to allow the use of low-cost assembly and convenient packaging techniques. Excellent unidirectional switch for phase control applications.
