MAX9691EPA+

The MAX9691EPA+ is a single, ultra fast, ECL output comparator with latch enable in 8 pin DIP package. The ultra fast ECL comparator is capable of very short propagation delays. Their design maintains the excellent DC matching characteristics normally found only in slower comparators. This device has differential inputs and complementary outputs that are fully compatible with ECL logic levels. Output current levels are capable of driving 50 ohm terminated transmission lines. The ultra fast operation makes signal processing possible at frequencies in excess of 600MHz. Typical applications include high speed line receivers, peak detectors, threshold detectors and high speed triggers.

• Propagation delay skew is 100ps
• Dispersion is 150ps
• Latch setup time is 0.5ns
• Latch enable pulse width is 0.5ns
