The ATXMEGA32A4U-AUR is a 8-bit low power high performance AVR Microcontroller features 32kB self-programming flash program memory, 4kB boot code section, 4kB SRAM, 1024B EEPROM, external bus interface, 4-channel DMA controller, 8-channel event system and up to 32 MIPS throughput at 32MHz. The device can be used in a wide range of applications, such as building, board, climate control, hand-held battery applications.

- Power-on reset (POR) and programmable brown-out detection
- Internal and external clock options with PLL and prescaler
