TC4424AVOA

The TC4424AVOA is a non-inverting dual high-speed Power MOSFET Driver for pulse transformer drive. The high-current buffer/driver capable of driving large MOSFET transistor and Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT). The TC4424A have matched leading and falling-edge propagation delay times and have very low cross-conduction currents that help minimize the overall power dissipation of these devices. This family is an improved version of the earlier TC4424 driver family. The new family features higher peak output current drive capability, matched rise/fall times and propagation delay times. The TC4424A MOSFET driver can easily charge and discharge 1800pF gate capacitance in under 20ns, provide low enough impedances in both the on and off states to ensure the MOSFET's intended state will not be affected, even by large transients. The TC4424A inputs may be driven directly from either TTL or CMOS (2.4 to 18V).
