MP002461 is an 8P8C, C3 panel mount, RJ45 shielded plug connector. This MP RJ45 Ethernet metal series connector is manufactured from nickel-plated copper alloy with gold-plated contacts making them robust while still providing superior connectivity. Environmentally sealed to IP68 the panel-mount connector also benefits from being fully rear-potted providing protection to products even when the connector is unmated or the sealing cap is not connected. Typical applications are automation and process control, communications and networking, test and measurement.
