The MUR420 is an Ultrafast Rectifier Diode with moulded plastic case and lead-free pure tin-plated lead. The fast diode features ultrafast recovery time for high efficiency, excellent high temperature switching and glass passivated junction. Ideally suited for use in very high frequency switching power supplies, inverters and as free wheeling diodes. Colour band denotes cathode end polarity.
