BAT754S,215 is a planar dual Schottky barrier diode with an integrated guard ring for stress protection, encapsulated in a small SOT23 Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. Typical applications include ultra-high-speed switching, line termination, voltage clamping, and reverse polarity protection.
