TWR-K60F120M is a Kinetis K60 120MHz tower system module. The NXP® TWR-K60F120M is a development board for the Kinetis® K10, K20 and K60 120/150MHz 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4 MCUs. It features the Kinetis MK60FN1M0VMD12 low-power MCU with USB 2.0 HS OTG controller, USB 2.0 FS OTG controller, and 10/100Mbps Ethernet MAC. It operates as a standalone debug tool and can also be combined and used as part of the modular Tower® System development platform.
- K60FN1M in a 144 LQFP with 120MHz operation
- S08JM60 based open source BDM (OSBDM) circuit
- 2Gb of SLC NAND flash memory
- 4 capacitive touch pads and 2 mechanical push button
- Three-axis digital accelerometer (MMA8451Q)
- Socket for capacitive touch pad expansion board (touch TWRPI)
- 4 user-controlled status LEDs
