The MBR1645G is a Switch-mode Schottky Barrier Rectifier with epoxy moulded case and all external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable finish. The power rectifier features guard-ring for stress protection and low forward voltage. This Schottky rectifier uses the Schottky barrier principle with a platinum barrier metal.
