The MC7805BDTG is a fixed output positive linear voltage regulator in 3 pin TO-252 package. This monolithic integrated circuit is designed as fixed voltage regulator for a wide variety of application including local and oncard regulation. This regulator employs internal current limiting, thermal shutdown and safe area compensation.

- Dropout voltage of 2V at 1A output current
- Maximum input voltage of 35V
- No external components required
- Output voltage offered in 1.5%, 2% and 4% tolerance
