The PICOCONNECT 926 from Pico Technology is a PicoConnect 900 series, AC coupled, 9GHz, gigabit passive probe. This low invasive, high frequency passive probe is designed for microwave applications which delivers unprecedented performance and flexibility at a low price. It has pollution degree 2 approval, high speed logic voltage applications, class leading uncorrected pulse/eye response and pulse/eye disturbance. The probe is suitable for Ethernet, USB3, HDMI, SATA, PCI, LVD and other high speed cabled, chip to-chip and backplane interfaces. It features slim, fingertip design for accurate and steady probing or solder-in at fine scale. This probe can be used with any oscilloscope that supports standard 50 ohm probes including 12GHz PicoScope 9200 series, 20GHz PicoScope 9300 series and PicoScope 6000 series real time oscilloscopes. It has EN61010-031:2002+A1 2008 safety requirements for hand held probe assemblies, electrical measurement and test.

• 187ohm output impedance (for test node impedance 50 ohm), 1.6nV/√Hz additive voltage noise at 23°C
• Tolerant of high input slew rate, hardened to EM discharge, no saturation & recovery characteristic
• Operating temperature range from 0 to 50°C, operating humidity range from 5 to 80% RH non condensing
