BD62012BFS-E2

BD62012BFS-E2 is a 3-phase brushless fan motor controller. This controller synthesizes the optimal driving signal from hall sensor signals and outputs the synthesized signal to control the external power transistor. The replacement is also easy because of its pin compatibility with BD62018BFS. This controller provides the optimum motor drive for a wide variety of applications and enables motor unit standardization. Applications include air conditioners; air purifiers; water pumps; dishwashers; washing machines.

• 150° commutation logic, PWM control (upper arm switching)
• Phase control supported from 0° to +30° at 1° intervals
• Rotational direction switch, FG signal output with pulse number switch (4 or 12)
• Duty control voltage range from 2.1V to 5.4V
• Protection circuits provided: OCP, TSD, UVLO, MLP and the external fault input
• VREG output (5V/30mA), 2.5mA typical supply current at (VCC=15V and Tj=25°C)
• Minimum pulse width is 1µs typical at (driver outputs, VCC=15V and Tj=25°C)
• Carrier frequency is 18KHz typical at (RT=22Kohm, VCC=15V and Tj=25°C)
