The SK85MH10T from Semikron is an half bridge configured MOSFET Module in SEMITOP 2 case style designed through Trench gate technology. This device features compact design, heat transfer and isolation through direct copper bonding aluminium oxide ceramic, short internal connection and low inductance case. SK85MH10Tis used in switched mode power supplies and DC servo drives.
