C8051F996-C-GU is an ultra-low power capacitive sensing microcontroller (MCU) featuring a powerful 8051 core with 25MHz performance. This MCU provides the lowest power and highest sensitivity touch sensing solution for capacitive buttons, sliders, wheels and capacitive proximity sensing. With 14 capacitive sensing inputs and sub micro amp (<lt/>1uA) wake on touch average current consumption, this achieves unparalleled touch sensitivity, speed and ultra-low power in a 8.65x3.9 mm, QSOP24 package.

• Built-in LDO regulator allows a high analogue supply voltage and low digital core voltage
• 2 built-in supply monitors (brownout detector) for sleep mode and active modes
• Data-dependent windowed interrupt generator, built-in temperature sensor
