The 574601 is a STANNOL® KS110 Solder Wire, 95.6, 3.8, 0.7 Sn, Ag, Cu alloy content, 0.012-inch external diameter and 217°C melting temperature. This wire features active flux with fast wetting of solder pads and pins, shorter cycle times, bright amber residues has low thermal decomposition at soldering temperatures, solid residues have high softening point and chemical/physical safety, low fuming with low decomposition and evaporation at high temperatures and low contamination of work place and around the solder joint, low spitting with high viscosity of the flux reduces spitting and low contamination. Designed for use with robotic and manual soldering for electric and electronic devices.
